What You Will Be Doing As Scheduling Systems Support Analyst
- Install, configure, maintain / monitor scheduling systems related applications, user accounts and profiles
- Responding to technical support calls from end users of scheduling systems such as IBMS or WHATS’On etc. This could be via phone, email and face-to-face
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track incident tickets in our systems for future reference
- Working with and troubleshooting with internal / external teams to assist with system integration issues
- Assist in Oracle SQL queries for conducting database and data migration tests
- Working with DBA teams and managing backups of apps & servers, in case of data loss
- Document and maintain SOP’s as necessary
- Prepare metrics/ reports for management for quarterly reviews
- At times to be on call during evenings and weekends to deal with emergency breakdowns. You might sometimes have to work at weekends when businesses are closed, to install new systems

Skills Required for Scheduling Systems Support Analyst
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills whilst being customer focused and patient
- Good understanding of computer hardware and software architecture and effectively identify root cause of issues
- Understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall methodologies, etc.
- High level architectural knowledge of Cloud/ MFA / Server remote management
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track incidents – prior experience of using ServiceNow or similar
