What You Will Be Doing As An Assistant Manager – System Ops
- Manage projects and ensures that customer solutions are delivered on time, within scope/budget and to the required quality standards
- Act at the first Point of contact for the Customer support teams for all CS tools related actions and upkeep
- Act as an interface between the Customer support team, Internal IT,Infra teams and external Service providers for all CS tools related
- Act as the point of contact and communicate status to all internal stakeholders
- Co ownership along with IT and Infra teams for installing, upgrading and monitoring software and hardware. Assisting with data backup and recovery as will be required for all CS tools and processes
- Get in technical discussion with different project stakeholders.
- Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives for new Tools to be deployed at the CS teams
- Liaising with 3rd party vendors, IT providers, etc. for specific requirements
- System monitoring and maintenance including configuration & security management, patching, automation, hardening, and system upgrades
- Ensuring overall system and server uptime, availability, reliability and security
- Documenting policies and procedures
- Troubleshooting server-side issues as they arise

SKILL REQUIRED FOR Assistant Manager – System Ops
- You possess a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- You possess good debugging skills
- You have prior experience in a system administrator role
- Microsoft Certification (MCSA) is a plus
- Familiarity with various operating systems & platforms
