Job Responsibility For Virtual relationship manager Role
- Responsible for deepening customer relationships to increase customer relationship value
- Responsible for driving quality engagements over call with customers by following industry best practices
- Responsible for increasing mobile banking adoption and drive initial login on Optimus app
- CASA value build up and new client acquisition and increase in ‘Product Holding Per Customer’ within mapped portfolio
- Responsible for cross-sell of pre-approved products such as Credit Card and other offers to increase products per customer
- Ensure all customer profiling for mapped customers and presented with suitable banking products as per their need and requirement
Job Responsibility For Teller Role
- Daily customer engagement on assigned customer portfolio for CA/SA/TD build up, Asset & Wealth cross sell.
- Deliver business target assigned as per performance score card.
- Giving the client need based product solutions and in the process aligning client requirements with business specifics.
- Assessing customer propensity and ensuring higher product penetration per relationship.
- Referencing for more business from existing customers.
- Responsible for creating a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints.
- Ensuring adherence to banking regulation & policies pertaining to Anti Money laundering, know your customer (KYC), Data & Information security etc.
Job Responsibility For Banker-Authorizer Role
- Coordinate with respective relationship managers for leads of business loans, working capital, POS, CMS, trade transactions
- Ensure all the customers visiting the branch are delivered superior service
- Client relationship management and customer services related to retail banking operations
- Responsible for creating a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints”
