What you will be doing as Voice Process?
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.
- Selling Membership over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to upgrade / renew the matrimony packages.
What you will be doing as Relationship Manager?
- Welcoming The Customer On-Board And Create A Member Profile.
- Understanding The Member Choice, Expectations And Identifying The Uniqueness Of The Member.
- Searching, Screening, Short Listing, Establishing Contact, Initiating Meeting Between Members And Creating Success Stories.
- Maintaining Good Rapport With The Member; Providing The Right Elite Experience And Delivering Quality Service.
- Managing A Set Customer Portfolio With Robust Follow Up
