According to information obtained from Propstack, documents revealed that Bengaluru-based Bagmane Developers finalized a leasing agreement with IT firm Qualcomm India for a substantial 6.21 lakh sqft of office space within the Bagmane Capital-Ankor building in Bengaluru. The lease, spanning ground plus 12 floors, commences in April 2024, and is set for a duration of 108 months, approximately nine years. The monthly rental cost for this extensive office space is noted to be Rs 5.90 crore.
Despite attempts, representatives from both Qualcomm India and Bagmane Developers could not be reached for immediate comment. Queries have been dispatched to the concerned executives who were involved in the signing of this lease agreement from both organizations.
