Tech Mahindra is hiring Email & Chat/Commerce Voice Support /Voice Process

What you will be doing as Email & Chat Process?

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: I would be responsible for promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries and requests received via email and chat platforms. This involves understanding the customer’s concerns or questions and providing helpful and relevant information to address their needs.
  • Providing Customer Support: I would offer customer support by resolving issues, troubleshooting problems, and providing guidance or instructions to customers through email and chat channels. This may involve assisting with product or service inquiries, order tracking, billing issues, technical support, and more.
  • Maintaining Professional Communication: It is essential to maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers through written channels. I would ensure clear and concise communication, utilizing proper grammar, spelling, and formatting to effectively convey information and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Documenting and Managing Interactions: I would accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, resolutions, and any relevant details, in a customer relationship management (CRM) system or ticketing system. This ensures a record of customer interactions and allows for efficient tracking and follow-up if needed.
  • Collaborating with Internal Teams: If a customer inquiry or issue requires collaboration with other departments or teams within the organization, I would liaise with them to provide the necessary information or escalate the matter for resolution. This may involve collaborating with technical support, sales, or other relevant teams.

What you will be doing as Commerce Voice Support ?

  • Assisting Customers: I would be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers who reach out via voice communication channels, such as phone calls. This involves understanding their queries, concerns, or issues and providing prompt and effective solutions or guidance.
  • Answering Inquiries: I would handle incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries related to products, services, orders, payments, and any other commerce-related queries. I would provide accurate and helpful information, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: I would assist customers in troubleshooting problems they may encounter with products or services. This could involve identifying the root cause of the issue, providing step-by-step guidance, or escalating the matter to relevant departments or higher levels of support for resolution.
  • Order Management: If customers have questions or issues related to their orders, I would assist in order management processes. This may involve tracking orders, updating customers on order status, handling order modifications or cancellations, and resolving any related concerns.
  • Payment Assistance: I would provide support regarding payment-related inquiries, such as payment methods, transaction issues, refunds, or billing discrepancies. This includes guiding customers through payment processes, explaining payment options, and assisting in resolving payment-related problems.
