What you will be doing as Corporate Salary RM?

• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs, and acting as their primary point of contact for all banking-related matters.
• Business Development: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth within the assigned corporate client portfolio. This may involve cross-selling various banking products and services, such as salary accounts, loans, insurance, and investment solutions.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitating the smooth onboarding of new corporate clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to set up salary accounts and other banking facilities.
• Financial Advisory: Providing expert financial advice and guidance to corporate clients, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding cash management, payroll processing, and other financial matters.
• Client Servicing: Addressing client queries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently. Ensuring timely resolution of issues and providing exceptional customer service to maintain high client satisfaction levels.

What you will be doing as KYC Officer ?

• Customer Due Diligence (CDD): Conducting thorough and detailed customer due diligence on new and existing customers to verify their identity, assess their risk profile, and gather necessary documentation.
• KYC Documentation: Collecting and reviewing customer identification documents, proof of address, business registration documents, and other relevant information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Risk Assessment: Evaluating the risk associated with each customer based on factors such as their industry, location, business activities, and transaction patterns. Assigning risk ratings and ensuring appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place.
• Compliance Monitoring: Monitoring customer transactions and activities for suspicious or unusual patterns that may indicate potential money laundering or other illicit activities. Investigating and reporting any suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Staying updated with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to AML and KYC requirements. Ensuring compliance with these regulations and implementing necessary controls and procedures within the institution.
