BigBasket is hiring Customer Service Associates/Relationship Executive

What you will be doing as Customer Service Associates?

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues: You will interact with customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, or live chat. Your role involves actively listening to customer concerns, addressing their queries, troubleshooting problems, and providing appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Providing product or service information: You will be knowledgeable about the company’s products or services and assist customers in understanding their features, benefits, and usage. This may involve explaining product specifications, recommending suitable options, or providing additional information as needed.
  • Processing orders and managing returns: You will assist customers with placing orders, verifying information, and ensuring smooth order processing. In case of returns or exchanges, you will follow the company’s policies and procedures to facilitate the return process and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving complaints and escalating issues: You will handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Your goal is to resolve issues promptly and effectively, but if a situation requires further attention, you will escalate it to a supervisor or the appropriate department for further investigation or resolution.
  • Maintaining customer records and documentation: Accurate record-keeping is important for customer service purposes. You may update customer profiles, document interactions and complaints, and maintain records of transactions, ensuring that information is properly organized and easily accessible.

What you will be doing as Relationship Executive?

  • Building and maintaining client relationships: You will establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and goals. This involves regular communication, providing personalized attention, and being a trusted point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
  • Upselling and cross-selling: Your aim is to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. By understanding their evolving needs and offering relevant solutions, you can contribute to increasing revenue and maximizing client satisfaction.
  • Conducting client reviews and assessments: You may conduct periodic reviews or assessments of client accounts to evaluate their satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback. This helps in maintaining a proactive approach, addressing any concerns promptly, and ensuring a high level of client retention.
  • Providing product or service information: As a Relationship Executive, you will have a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products or services. You will be responsible for sharing relevant information, updates, and enhancements with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and educated about the offerings.
  • Resolving client issues and concerns: In your role, you will address client complaints, issues, or challenges that may arise. This involves promptly investigating and resolving problems, coordinating with internal teams if necessary, and ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
