What You Will Be Doing As Customer Care Executives?

- Resolving Customer Issues: Assisting customers in resolving any issues they may encounter while using the 5Paisa platform or services. This includes troubleshooting technical problems, clarifying account-related queries, and addressing trading-related concerns.
- Account Management: Managing customer accounts, including account opening, modification, and closure processes. Guiding customers through account-related procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing As Digital Relationship Managers?
- Client Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients by understanding their investment goals, risk tolerance, and financial needs. Acting as their primary point of contact for investment-related queries and guidance.
- Investment Advisory: Providing personalized investment recommendations and guidance to clients based on their financial objectives and risk profile. Assisting clients in constructing and managing their investment portfolios across various asset classes, such as stocks, mutual funds, and derivatives.
- Account Review and Monitoring: Regularly reviewing client portfolios and analyzing their performance. Identifying opportunities for portfolio optimization and providing recommendations to clients for potential adjustments or rebalancing.
