What You Will Be Doing As Payroll Associate

• Work as part of a dynamic team that focuses on process improvements, operational excellence, data integrity, and standardization across all aspects of payroll reports for our clients
• Have a strong understanding of payroll breakdowns and terminology
• Partner with teams to identify, design, and implement process improvements to improve payroll processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the employee experience.
• Manage payroll-related expenses, including reviewing monthly payroll reports and addressing discrepancies.
• Work with HR, Finance, and other partners to support multiple payroll-related programs, including new market expansion, year-end payroll reconciliations, tax reporting, and other audits.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, ensuring accurate delivery of payroll services, and monitoring vendor performance.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations in India, and adjust processes accordingly.

Skills Required for Payroll Associate

• Good communication skills.
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
