Role & responsibilities for Customer Care Executive
- Respond to incoming calls and addresses customers’ questions related to their insurance policies.
- Give customers precise details regarding the scope of the policy, its coverage, the terms involved, and the claims that can be made.
- Guide customers through the steps of the claims process and describe the necessary documents to be submitted.
- Log customer interactions, feedback, and complaints into the CRM system.
- Contact customers to confirm that the services are completed and that the customers are satisfied.
