Key Requirement For Customer Success Solutions Consultant
- It is anticipated that CSSC will interact with new and current customers of Gainsight to provide configuration education and documentation as a longitudinal customer success strategy with Gainsight.
- Partner actively with the client on defining and measuring the success criteria metrics of interest.
- Throughout the lifecycle of the customer, deliver and communicate ROI value for the client’s business.
- Taking ownership as the customer’s partner for use cases and product functionality of the implementation.
- Taking into account the internal processes as it relates to improving customer health, retention risk, and mitigation.
- Capitalize on periodic business reviews with customers to ensure value attainment from Gainsight.
- Knowing the products of Gainsight, knowing their features and functions, and how they can be offered as solutions to problems from customers to the clients.
- Managing inter-departmental collaboration at Gainsight concerning the client’s use cases enduring cross-functional customer advocacy.
Key Requirement For Technical Writer
- Draft and review high-quality technical documents including but not limited to, user guides, admin guides, API documentation, and release notes.
- Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to track product features, functionality, and specifications. Adjust documentation project priorities based on current focus items.
- Analyze technical content and develop accurate copy appropriate for the intended audience while observing style guide requirements.
- Advocate for the users and ensure the accuracy and ease of use of documentation. Include user research and feedback to improve documentation.
- Examine and provide insightful criticism of peer work on technical documents in regard to clarity, perspective, organization, and overall readability.
- Set and update style guides, templates, and standards for documentation in respect to terminology, writing style, formatting, and cohesion to maintain uniformity within the documents.
