Role Overview:

Roles & Responsibilities For Assistant Manager

• You’ll play a key role in designing, implementing, and improving our antitrust compliance risk and controls framework. This includes developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure our processes around antitrust matters are clear and effective.
• You’ll also help identify and put in place strategies to reduce antitrust risks, working closely with teams across legal, business, and tech departments to make sure antitrust compliance is integrated into our everyday business practices.
• Staying updated on antitrust laws, regulations, and trends will be part of your job to ensure our program stays current and follows the best practices in the industry.
• You’ll contribute to making our compliance program stronger and more adaptive to new antitrust challenges. In addition, you’ll help run and improve our ongoing training programs to raise awareness about antitrust risks. This includes coordinating in-person, virtual, and self-paced sessions for different teams, from executives to legal professionals.
• Finally, you’ll assess the effectiveness of the training, gather feedback, and suggest changes to make sure everyone is equipped with the right knowledge to handle antitrust risks properly.

Skills & Qualification For Assistant Manager

• Executive / Assistant Manager / Team Lead/ System Engineer/ Trainer / Senior Executive/ Manager/ Business Finance Partner
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law, economics, finance or a related field.
• Understanding of antitrust laws and regulations (domestic and international) is a strong plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team and collaborate with different departments.
