Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: For Store Manager

  • Effectively track store transactions and budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial targets are fulfilled.
  • Implement security and loss prevention tactics to protect inventory and assets.
  • Accountable for clearing the shop for formal launches across dimensions, as well as refit and conversion.
  • Implement KPIs to track and analyze the success of store operations, and provide regular reports to senior management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Lead Inventory,

  • Take responsibility for tracking, monitoring, and maintaining stock levels at all locations.
  • You will ensure that inventory is accurately recorded and routinely updated.
  • Coordinate inventory replenishment on a timely basis to avoid stockouts and assure product availability for customers and retailers.Ensure that all inventory data is accurately entered and preserved in the system, allowing for quick access and error-free operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales and supply chain teams to predict inventory requirements based on demand patterns and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Territory Manager

  • Create and implement successful sales strategies to meet corporate objectives and revenue targets in your territory.
  • As a team leader, you will encourage and supervise field crew and sales representatives. Ensure that the team accomplishes its performance objectives while maintaining high levels of engagement and morale.
  • Market expansion involves identifying new company possibilities, potential clients, and unexplored markets.
