Roles & Responsibility for Associate
- Respond to a high volume of live contacts, mostly by phone Calls, Chats, Cases and Tickets. Ownership to ensure every customer encounter is maximized with the utmost problem-solving and Customer Obsession possible.
- Close enquiries on the basis of available documentation – FAQ, KB articles and SOPs – escalate if resolution cannot be provided against process.
- Gain customer trust by managing empathetic, one-on-one conversation to determine then adapt resolution plans on-the-fly based on each employee’s evolving needs.
- React quickly to employees’ pressing matters, and facilitate that appropriate communication and documentation happens despite information gaps.
- Exercise good judgment, critical thinking and rationale in balancing compliance with process and the request at hand as you investigate and resolve employees’ inquiries right when they ask.
Roles & Responsibility for Support Advisor
- Intensive live contact, mainly by telephone and possibly chat, with a massive amount of customer contacts Setting up the expectation level to solve the requests in first line as well for problem solutionment and customer obsession.
- Completion of requests by utilizing appropriate documentation including FAQs, knowledge base articles and other Apple Standard Operating Procedures – escalate where these cannot be resolved.
- Create trust with customers, in empathetic and personalized conversations that are adjusted to the customer’s reality during live interactions as you listen and analyze efficient resolution plan while helping them, provide guidance on better solutions for customers.
- Be the first point of contact and react quickly to urgent requests from employees while ensuring that appropriate communication and documentation (even with limited information) happens.
- Demonstrate excellent judgment, critical thinking and rationale when deciding when to follow a process and when to accommodate an employee’s needs. Review/determine resolutions for their requests on the fly.
