Job Description for Business Development Specialist :

  • Organize workshops to discuss how Gruve services Cisco and explore collaborating opportunities for both parties.
  • Interact with professionals from Sales, Customer Experience, and Engineering at Cisco. Tell those people how Gruve can assist them through success stories and Gruve’s value proposition.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings to ensure all team members complete their tasks in a timely manner.
  • Draft and submit initial cooperation agreements with the Presales team which may include negotiating favorable terms for Gruve.
  • Record the collaboration opportunities, meeting notes, project milestones, and challenges in Salesforce for effective decision-making.
  • Maintain consistent communication with Cisco for ongoing project monitoring, obtaining feedback, resolving issues, and addressing any concerns.
  • Work with executive management from Gruve to get a list of stakeholders critical for growth strategy at Cisco.
  • Collaborate with Cisco to design a powerful competitive strateg plan to receive end-user customer feedback and understand Gruve’s competitive standing.

Key responsibilities for Merger & Acquisition Associate:

  • Create a target base through collection of useful company details and thier relevant financial details.
  • Carry out due dilligence study of the markets nad industry to help in identifying possible targets for acquisition.
  • Work on sourcing new deals from databases, publication, and through the community.
  • Recognize new possible targets according to set requirements through advanced mapping.
