What You Will Be Doing As IT HAM Analyst

• Asset Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all hardware assets within the organization. This includes computers, servers, network devices, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. Keep track of asset details such as specifications, serial numbers, locations, and ownership.
• Asset Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of hardware assets, from procurement to retirement. This involves planning and implementing strategies for asset acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. Ensure adherence to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Asset Tracking and Monitoring: Implement systems and processes to track and monitor the movement, utilization, and condition of hardware assets. Use asset management tools and software to record asset data, track changes, and generate reports. Conduct physical audits periodically to reconcile inventory records with the actual assets.
• License Compliance: Work closely with software asset management teams to ensure compliance with software licenses and usage rights. Assist in tracking software installations and license allocations on hardware assets. Help identify any licensing gaps or non-compliance issues and recommend appropriate actions.
• Asset Performance and Utilization Analysis: Analyze asset utilization and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving measures. Monitor hardware performance metrics, such as uptime, downtime, and response times. Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing asset usage and improving efficiency.

What You Will Be Doing As MIS Executives

• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources within the organization. This may include customer data, sales data, financial data, operational data, or any other relevant information. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data using tools such as spreadsheets, databases, and business intelligence software to extract meaningful insights and trends. These reports may cover areas such as sales performance, financial metrics, operational efficiency, or any other relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
