Roles & Responsibilities For Content Services – Analyst
- Manage out content acquisition pipeline and ensure we are getting all our booking materials in place as well as build pipeline for warm leads.
- Assist support team leads in tracking content contributions and identifying gaps to inform outreach strategies and the acquisition of new content.
- Give data-driven and anecdotal information about practitioner involvement.
- Partner with global and cross functional stakeholders teams to meet content acquisition needs across territories.
- Collaborate with Knowledge Managers to synchronize content strategies and optimize knowledge sharing programs.
- Serve as an expert consultant to all stakeholders, giving insights and recommendations on what the data really means with content acquisition trends/analysis and best practices.
- Tailor communication in order to effectively engage with knowledge managers and stakeholders
Skills Required For Content Services – Analyst
- MBA or PG in English, Economics, Literature Library Sciences with / without experience 0 – 2 year.
- Good Working Knowledge of MS Office suite – Word, Excel, Power point
- Willingness to learn and apply new tools & technologies
