What You Will Be Doing As An Executive Quality
- Resource Allocation: Executives allocate resources, such as budget, personnel, and technology, to support quality improvement initiatives. They make strategic decisions on investing in training programs, quality control tools, and equipment necessary for maintaining and improving quality.
- Establishing Quality Objectives: Executives are responsible for setting clear quality objectives aligned with the organization’s overall goals. These objectives can include improving product or service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Developing Quality Policies and Procedures: Executives work with quality teams to develop robust quality policies and procedures that outline the standards and processes for ensuring quality. They ensure that these policies are communicated effectively and implemented throughout the organization.
- Leadership and Culture: Executives set the tone for quality by promoting a culture of excellence and accountability. They lead by example, emphasizing the importance of quality in all aspects of the business and encouraging employees to take ownership of their work’s quality.

SKILL REQUIRED FOR Executive Quality
- Knowledge of basic laboratory procedures and techniques.
- Ability to operate laboratory instruments and perform basic instrument maintenance.
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation.
- Understanding of the brewing and packaging process, HACCP and Good Manufacturing practices for food manufacturing a plus.
- Must be flexible to work day, afternoon, and midnight shifts.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
