Job Role for Process for Quality Analyst
- Grasping what the project needs and turning those needs into scenarios that can be tested.
- Creating a clear plan for testing, including test cases, strategies, and the right environment.
- Developing specific test cases that cover both regular functions and potential issues.
- Manually running the test cases and recording the results.
- Spotting problems and reporting them accurately using tracking tools.
- Deciding which issues are most urgent and keeping track of them until they’re fixed.
- Working with users to make sure the system works as expected.
- Doing regular quality checks to spot any issues and make sure everything meets standards.
- Preparing reports for stakeholders that highlight test results and any issues found.

- Assist customers in making or modifying bookings, checking availability, and processing cancellations or refunds.
- Address customer concerns regarding travel documentation, such as visas, passports, baggage policies, and international travel regulations.
- Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain updated knowledge of airline schedules, fare rules, travel restrictions, and other relevant policies.
