Key Responsibilities of Customer Support Executive

  • Answering incoming calls, email, and or chat from Customer.
  • Furnish correct details of any products, services or policies.
  • If necessary escalate issues to other support tiers or functions.
  • Pinpoint customer problems and solve them quickly.
  • Create trust, and maintain customer satisfaction through follow up.
  • Hold a positive outlook for customers in quotes.

Key Responsibilities of Process Associate

  • Process day-to-day workflow with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Input, update and maintain data in the system with a high-level accuracy.
  • Address customers’ questions in a professional manner by email, chat or call.

  • Work closely with team members and escalate as appropriate.

  • Developing reports and helping to improve process.
