What You Will Be Doing As Client Service?

• Work on inbound calls for queries for small business clients. Serve as subject matter expert for small business clients.
• Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs.
• Take ownership and provide end to end solutions for clients
• Strong focus on creating Positive Defining moments in every client interaction.
• Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions while looking for solutions that will allow our customers to focus on their core business.

Skills Required for Client Service

• Excellent communication skills are required for this role with no evidence of regional language influence.
• Ability to hold a conversation and engage the client for a long duration.
• Listening and probing skills should be excellent.
• Should be able to display empathy and acknowledge appropriately.
• Ability to articulate complex resolutions in a simplified manner
• Mastery and control over verbal communication
• Proven proficiency in prioritizing critical client issues and managing workflow (Required)
• Proficiency in the use of PC applications (Required)
• Excellent in both Oral and written communication
• Working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration is helpful (Highly Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, conflict management, and mentoring skills
