What You Will Be Doing As Relationship Officer?
- Identifying Business Opportunities: You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs. This involves analyzing industry landscapes, conducting market research, and staying updated on market dynamics.
- Building and Managing Relationships: As a Business Development Manager, you will develop and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders. This includes networking, attending industry events, and engaging in business meetings to establish and maintain connections that can lead to new business opportunities.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: You will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, negotiating contracts and deals, and closing business deals with prospective clients. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet revenue objectives.

What You Will Be Doing As Customer Care Representative?
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their Queries/Request/Complains.
- Raise Request & Complaints on behalf of the customer in the CRM tool.
- Generate leads and educate customers about new products & their benefits.
- Maintain and adhere to compliance guidelines
- Capture problem indicators, highlight and suggest improvement
- Adherence to the monthly Score card parameters including Quality, Efficiency and Accuracy
- Maintain adequate knowledge levels on products, processes and systems used
- Ensure sales target are met
What You Will Be Doing As Acquisition Manager – Credit Cards
- Acquiring credit card business from in-house and open market clients from various modes available.
- This will involve pitching credit cards through Open market visitation, corporate visits, Tele Sales, etc.
- Checking eligibility, and explaining features and pricing, are required for getting the application picked physically or through digital mode
- Application to be complete in line with the policy guidelines and once completed the picked from the client to be submitted to the Processing unit daily.
- In the case of FTNR, timely intervention to cure the same is required.
- Ensuring activation of the Credit cards sold
- Ensuring the right card is sold to the right client, with a proper explanation of features & offers at the time of sale will ensure card activation as per product requirement within 30 days of card issuance.
Skills Required for the job
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information
- Strong customer service focus
- Knowledge of Banking / Credit cards preferred
- Fresher with good communication skill & Interpersonal Skills.
