Role and responsibilities of an Senior Executive
- Data Gathering and Analysis: Collect all pertinent information from customers and visiting engineers in order to evaluate and analyze claims or complaints.
- Warranty Claim Verification: Enter warranty verifications and customer complaints into SAP Notification Module.
- Committee coordination: Coordinate NC (Notification Committee) meeting and present the data itself to be used for root cause analysis, as well as CAPA (corrective and preventative action) determination.
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers for findings and planned corrective action.
- Warranty Order Processing: Manages warranty orders, and collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure timely processing and closing of the claims.
- Implementation of corrective measures: Specify needed corrections and see that they are carried out timely by coordinating with all affected departments.
- Customer Support: Offer support guidance to both customers and field engineers.
- Data Gathering & Price Analysis: Gather and consolidate site serviced data across the (country) for service engineers to analysis Free-of-Cost (FOC) of servicing.
- Error Elimination & Prevention: Actively participate in error correction and work with members of the team to correct errors and actively work toward process improvement.
- Reporting & MIS: Ensure that the shortfalls are reported in time and prepare reports as instructed by superiors.

- Seek out and develop new business, consultants, contractors, dealers and market opportunities.
- Reach and surpass sales goals in your geographically assigned area for CBS & WWW.
- Develop and maintain strong long term relationships with consultants / contractors / dealer network through regular visits and communication.
- Work closely with marketing in creating and executing successful sales promotions.
- Research the market for market requirement, market trends and competitors’ product.
- Channel Training & In store Demonstrations to Trade OFT (Dealers / Retailers) & PDI outlets and Prospects etc 9.
- Track and report on sales results, providing insight for continual improvement.
