  • Source candidates through various channels (Naukri, LinkedIn, internal references, direct sourcing).
  • Manage full-cycle hiring for roles across Business, Operations, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Support functions.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess fitment, expectations, and competencies.
  • Screen, evaluate and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth evaluation.
