The candidate will be employed under the Apprenticeship model of a duration of 12 months whereby they will undergo training and be given some practical work experience in the company. Candidates will be undertaking actual projects during the period and be exposed to senior professionals so that they can develop their skills in the industry. With a Non-Engineering Degree (3 Years), the candidate should be called Specialist (Apprenticeship Model) and the stipend should be 3,50,000 every year which is about 29,166 per month. The stipend will be given out monthly during the duration of apprenticeship. The conversion of the candidate into Full-Time Employee (FTE) will be based on his or her performance, learning capacity, and contribution to the team based on the 12-month program. This is an excellent program that offers freshers with practical experience and an opportunity to enter the corporate world.
