- Design Rollouts: Execute approved Master Creative across SKUs same way as engineering toolbox — but optimize for maintaining design intent no matter the package size.
- Typography & Layout: Handle complex text layouts like multi-lingual translations, ingredient lists, and compliance logos.
- The mechanicals (die-lines) must be print litho, flexo and gravure ready quality.
- Brand Stewardship — Follow brand guidelines closely around color (Pantone/CMYK), iconography, placement of logo.
- Production Type Checkups — self and peer reviews of whether your spelling is correct, barcodes work, ink overprint/trapping, etc.
- Software Skills: Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop andInDesign) Knowledge of Esko tools is a strong advantage.
- Printing Background: Full bleed, slugging and ink limitations in addition to dot gain as well as finishing results (foil stamping, spot UV and embossing).
- Needing millimeter precision execution on complex die-lines
