Key Responsibilities for Executive – Auto Claims:
- Process of claim intimation, registration and documentation.
- Check for policy coverage and determine if the claim is covered.
- Liaise with surveyors and workshops for the inspection of vehicles.
- Review estimates of repairs and approve for technical accuracy.
- Bargain with garages to limit repair costs.
- Review claim documents and look for anomalies / alerts on fraud.
- Adjudicate claims and write settlement notes using TAT.
- Update and assist customers with claims.
- Keep the MIS reports and follow up with the claim.
