Responsibilities
- Coordination with logistic partner, transit insurance partner and other stakeholders
- Customer handling and communications
- accounting activities in SAP environment including star invoicing.
- GST knowledge including E-invoice and E-way bill procedures.
- Income tax knowledge including TDS, TCS and other routine compliance,
- Assistance in monthly & yearly closing of financial books of accounts
- Coordination with Internal/External Auditors, external advisers, and other related parties
- Team player: experience in closely working with senior/ older colleagues will be an added advantage.
- Well-organized, comfortable with conflicting deadlines; self-starter and a finisher, with ability &
- inclination to work effectively in a remote environment.
Skill for Assistant Manager – Accounts
- Can manage daily accounting records and entries
- Able to prepare balance sheets and profit/loss reports
- Understands GST, TDS, and other tax rules
- Matches company accounts with bank statements
- Can handle billing, payments, and collections
