Responsibility for Customer Relationship Manager

  • Take a proactive approach to maintaining and building your customer base by engaging with your clients regularly on an individual level.
  • Aggregate, assess and brief the business on customer feedback trends, issues and improvements.
  • Work together cross-functionally (e.g. people & culture, operations) to ensure the customer’s voice is heard and group needs are met in service of them.
  • Assists users by following up on inquiries, concerns and service requests and makes sure the issues are resolved to user
  • Assist with customer onboarding and engagement programs to optimize retention and program participation.
  • Create and maintain an accurate view of customer records in our CRM, which will enable the seamless passage on engagements and making data-driven decisions.
  • Recognize and report common bugs to the appropriate team department for root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Good written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff.
  • 1-2 years experience in customer service, client relations or a related field, educational and e-learning industry a plus.
  • Demonstrated capability in multitasking customer service efficiently and keeping detail oriented.
  • Able to work autonomously with little oversight in a remote setting.
