- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting patrons, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive cinema experience.
- Ticket Sales: Sell and process tickets, handle transactions accurately, and provide information on showtimes and promotions.
- Concession Stand Operations: Manage concession stand activities, including preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and handling cash transactions.
