- Should have a strong telecommunications background to understand the different network design scenarios, which including Outside Plant Design /fibre plan and design experience, which includes Understanding Field Survey Knowledge, High-Level Design. Low-Level Design, As-Build Design, Traffic Control Plan, & BAU Designs
- Solid experence on Various ATT Scopes Like ASE/BAU/Structure Access/Legal Mandate/Light Gig scopes F1,F2 and F3, e.tc expertise is Mandatory
- Good expertise and hands on experience on various ATT applications like ARAMIS DT/OPTINT/WALDO/IQ GEO et.c is Mandatory
- Strong capabilities on Quality Check/QA/Validation/Delivery tasks for ATT requirements for multiple ATT scopes
- Strong technical competence on ATT specification/Standards and able to train and groom/Mentor new people will be added advantage
- Should have expertise on GPON architecture, F1,F2 and F3 scopes distribution networks planning and designing
