- Field Collection Executive:
- Customer Visits: Visit customers at their homes or businesses to collect payments or negotiate payment arrangements.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, keeping track of payment deadlines and contacting customers to arrange payments.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment terms with customers who are unable to pay their full balance immediately.
- Tele Collections Executive:
- Phone Calls: Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts to remind them of their outstanding balances and encourage payment.
- Payment Negotiation: Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who are unable to pay their full balance immediately.
- Account Updates: Update account records with any changes in payment arrangements or customer contact information.
