• Billing Inquiries: Contacting customers or insurance providers to follow up on unpaid or disputed invoices and resolving billing-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Payment Collection: Collaborating with clients to negotiate payment plans, process payments, and ensure prompt settlement of outstanding balances.
• Claims Processing: Verifying and submitting insurance claims, ensuring that they are accurate and compliant with billing codes, and tracking the status of claims until they are resolved.
• Documentation and Records: Maintaining detailed records of all interactions and transactions, including call logs, payment arrangements, and documentation of correspondence with clients or insurers.
