Werize Walkin Interview – Roles & Responsibilities For Relationship Officer
- Candidate with Inbound and outbound voice experience in banking operations with banking and lending industry.
- Understanding the needs of customer and helping the customer to complete the loan process and in collecting required information.
- Explaining and convincing the customers about the benefits and offers related to the financial products like Personal Loans & Insurance.
- Convincing the customers on submitting financial documents & statements involved procuring personal Loans in a timely manner.
- Ability to make customers understand about various Repayment setup (NACH/E-NACH) methods & guide them on the same.
