What You Will Be Doing As HR Partner

• Performance Management: You will assist in managing the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set performance goals, providing guidance on performance feedback, and facilitating performance discussions. • Training and Development: Collaborating with the HR department, you will help identify training and development needs within the organization. This could involve conducting training sessions, coordinating external training programs, and assisting employees in creating professional development plans.
• HR Policy and Compliance: You will assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This may involve reviewing and updating employee handbooks, conducting HR audits, and providing guidance on policy interpretation.

Skills Required for HR Partner

• HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment laws is essential. This includes areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills are vital for an HR Partner. You should be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing. This includes active listening, presenting information clearly, and adapting communication style to different audiences.
• Relationship Building: Developing strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders is important. Building rapport, being approachable, and demonstrating empathy and understanding contribute to effective relationship building.
