What You Will Be Doing As HR Partner

  • Employee Relations: You will act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on various HR-related matters. This may include addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: You may be involved in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Additionally, you will play a role in the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Performance Management: You will assist in managing the performance appraisal process, working with managers to set performance goals, providing guidance on performance feedback, and facilitating performance discussions. You may also support the development of performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Training and Development: Collaborating with the HR department, you will help identify training and development needs within the organization. This could involve conducting training sessions, coordinating external training programs, and assisting employees in creating professional development plans.
  • HR Policy and Compliance: You will assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This may involve reviewing and updating employee handbooks, conducting HR audits, and providing guidance on policy interpretation.
