Walk-in Drive at Kochar Tech- Quality Checker-BPO Responsibilities
- Quality Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of customer interactions, transactions, or processes to ensure compliance with established quality standards and guidelines.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely and constructive feedback to customer service representatives, agents, or teams based on quality evaluations. Generate detailed reports highlighting areas of improvement and excellence.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of customer service representatives or BPO teams, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call handling times, adherence to scripts, and customer satisfaction metrics.
