What You Will Be Doing As HR SUPPORT

  • Employee Records and Documentation: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, performance evaluations, and other relevant documentation. This may involve data entry, organization, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: You will assist with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include preparing and distributing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, you may be involved in offboarding activities, such as conducting exit interviews and handling the necessary paperwork.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: You will help ensure that HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated to employees. This includes assisting with policy updates, distributing policy manuals, and answering employee inquiries related to HR policies and guidelines.
  • Employee Benefits and Compensation: You may provide support in managing employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and addressing employee queries regarding benefits packages. Additionally, you may assist with compensation-related activities, such as salary reviews and ensuring accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Employee Relations: You will play a role in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. This may involve conducting initial investigations, providing guidance on company policies, and escalating complex issues to HR management as needed.
  • HR Systems and Tools: You may be responsible for maintaining HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and extracting relevant information for HR analytics and reporting purposes. Proficiency in HR software and tools will be beneficial in managing employee data effectively.
