What You Will Be Doing As Order To Cash
- Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customer for timely payments.
- Processing , Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and Service Rendered.
- Generating reports and statements for internal use. Performs customer account reconciliation, including research of unapplied cash and credits to aid in dispute resolution.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
- Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
- Co-ordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
- Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by managements.
- Engaging in ongoing educations opportunities to update job knowledge.

What You Will Be Doing As Order Management
- Order Processing: You will be responsible for accurately processing and recording customer orders received through various channels, such as phone, email, or online platforms. This includes verifying order details, ensuring pricing and product information accuracy, and entering orders into the system.
- Order Tracking and Monitoring: You will track and monitor the progress of orders, ensuring they move smoothly through each stage of the fulfillment process. This involves coordinating with internal departments, such as sales, inventory, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Inventory Management: As an Order Management professional, you will work closely with inventory teams to ensure product availability for customer orders. This may involve monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers or warehouses, and addressing any issues related to product availability or stockouts.
- Order Confirmation and Communication: You will communicate order confirmations to customers, providing them with updates on order status, delivery timelines, and any relevant information. Clear and timely communication with customers is crucial to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Problem Resolution: In the event of order discrepancies, delays, or issues, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving problems. This may involve coordinating with internal teams, logistics partners, or customers directly to address concerns and find appropriate solutions.
