Levi Strauss & Co Mega off campus Drive – Roles & Responsibilities For Merchandising Operations Lead – SAMEA
- Direct local seasonal GTM process to ensure connectivity between merchandising, planning, marketing and commercial functions and on time delivery against milestones.
- Partner closely with other SAMEA cluster Merchandising Operations and Global Brand Operations to lead implementation (and change management) of new GTM process and calendars, and all associated Cluster milestones and deliverables. Actively surface and resolve issues to ensure success.
- Support both the digital transformation of GTM and ways of working, and the activation of global brand strategy across Cluster. • Manage local GTM milestones and create standardized tools that enable merchandising teams to execute with clarity and consistency. • Manage upkeep of local systems, pc9 set up to enable smooth execution of seasonal processes.
- Organize training of the cluster merchandising teams to ensure critical deadlines are met on time and accurately.
