Walk-in Drive at Elico Healthcare-Desktop Engineer Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues. This involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, either remotely or on-site.
- Installation and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems, and applications. This includes setting up new computers, printers, and other peripherals as well as installing and updating software.
- System Maintenance: Performing regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, antivirus scans, and system backups, to ensure the security and optimal performance of computer systems.
- Hardware and Software Upgrades: Assessing the need for hardware and software upgrades, and implementing necessary upgrades to enhance system performance and ensure compatibility with the latest technologies.
- User Training and Documentation: Providing training to end-users on the use of hardware and software, and creating documentation such as user guides and manuals to assist users in troubleshooting common issues.

Walk-in Drive at Elico Healthcare-Network Engineer Responsibilities
- Network Design and Implementation: Designing and implementing local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network configurations to meet the organization’s requirements. This includes selecting the appropriate hardware and software components for optimal network performance.
- Network Security: Implementing and maintaining network security measures, such as firewalls, VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), and intrusion detection systems, to protect the organization’s data and infrastructure from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
- Network Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and network outages. This involves conducting network diagnostics and troubleshooting hardware, software, and other network-related problems.
- Network Maintenance: Performing regular maintenance tasks, such as monitoring network performance, upgrading network equipment, and applying software updates, to ensure the smooth operation of the network infrastructure.
