S&P Global Recruitment – Roles & Responsibilities For Employee Onboarding Analyst
- Receive on/off boarding requests from hiring managers and take action to on/off board employees.
- Monitor the progress of individual events/tickets and follow up with those departments involved in the on/off boarding of employees.
- Maintain the status of individual events in a progress database so analytics can be created on the success and failure of individual On/Offboarding events.
- Co-ordinate with the firm’s IT service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Escalate and resolve event backlogs related to IT service providers.
- Gather additional details from process owners to ensure requirements are clearly defined.
