Job Responsibility For Assistant Manager – System Ops Role
- System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the organization’s systems, servers, networks, and infrastructure to ensure their smooth operation and availability. Implement proactive measures to identify and resolve system issues or performance bottlenecks.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and software/hardware installations. Collaborate with the IT team to implement system enhancements and optimize system performance.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve system-related incidents, including troubleshooting technical issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Ensure incidents are managed within defined service level agreements (SLAs) and minimize downtime.
- System Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures to protect the organization’s systems and data. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- System Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and operational guidelines. Generate periodic reports on system performance, incidents, and operational metrics to track trends and identify areas for improvement.
Job Responsibility For Associate- Credit Card Operations Role
- Application Processing: Process credit card applications, verify customer information, and conduct necessary checks to determine eligibility and creditworthiness. Ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Credit Limit and Account Maintenance: Set credit limits, review credit lines, and perform account maintenance activities such as credit limit increases, decreases, or closures. Update customer records and account information accurately and timely.
- Transaction Processing: Process credit card transactions, including purchases, payments, refunds, and reversals. Monitor transaction activity for potential fraud or suspicious activity, and take appropriate actions as per company protocols.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns related to their credit card accounts. Provide timely and accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, rewards, billing, and general credit card services.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle customer disputes or complaints regarding unauthorized transactions, billing discrepancies, or other credit card-related issues. Investigate and resolve disputes following established procedures and regulatory guidelines.
