HCLtech WALK IN Drive – Management Process Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Handle general accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial consolidation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
HCLtech WALK IN Drive – R2R & OTC Responsibilities
- Oversee the Order to Cash process, ensuring smooth and timely order processing and revenue recognition.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing, payments, and order status.
- Manage invoicing and accounts receivable, monitoring payment collections and reconciling customer accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to streamline the order fulfillment process.
- Monitor credit limits and ensure adherence to credit policies to minimize risk.
