- Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience. Enhance employee experience for all new joinees through improvements to the current on-boarding process
- Assist in conducting exit interviews and documenting feedback for continuous improvement along with the GPS team and create positive environment for the Alumni’s.
Pratt & Whitney Mega off campus Drive 2023 – Finance Intern Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with the FP&A team to analyze financial data, variances, and trends. Assist in standardizing reports and presentations for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the FP&A team in setting up and documenting monthly forecasting process. Assist in collecting and consolidating data, performing budget vs. actual analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Financial Modeling: Contribute to building and updating financial models to aid in financial planning and decision-making processes.
