| Skills: 1. Any Graduate 2. Minimum 18 months of work experience in Industries like BPO, Logistics, Shipping, Oceanic, freight forwarding etc. 3. Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. 4. Possess good English communication skills, both oral and written. Responsibilities: 1. Provide up to date shipment details to customers by milestone reporting. 2. Make commercial documents like invoice, packing list, insurance, inspection certificates, and form 9, SDC for shipment s to Indian customers for export from USA on various payment terms. 3. Track the shipments by following up with the offices in US & also by following up with the shipping companies. 4. Assist the customer in release of the cargo by liaison with the shipping lines, banks & clearing agents. 5. Verify the post shipment commercial documents prior the same are forwarded to the customers & their banks. 6. Follow up with customers for documents not retired from the bank/long stay containers. 7.
