Voice Customer Support Executive :
- Answering and Making Telephone Calls: Receive and give calls through the telephone system.
- Assist Customers: Monitor and provide help in resolving issues. Check through follow up whether proper resolution is achieved.
- Customer Retention: Assist actively in retaining customers. Help nurtures clients loyalty and devotion to the business.
