What You Will Be Doing As Branch Head Roles (Minimum 8 years of Experience)

  • Leadership and Team Management: Leading and managing a team of banking professionals within the branch. This involves setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring effective collaboration and performance of the branch staff.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Management: Ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered to meet customer needs and expectations. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Business Development: Driving business growth by promoting bank products and services, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and actively participating in customer acquisition and retention efforts. Setting and achieving branch sales targets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and procedures within the branch. Managing operational and credit risks, maintaining accurate records, and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
  • Branch Operations and Administration: Overseeing day-to-day branch operations, including cash management, account opening, loan processing, and customer transactions. Ensuring smooth functioning of all processes and compliance with operational standards.

What You Will Be Doing As Assistant Branch Head Roles (Minimum 7 years of Experience)

  • Operational Support: Assisting the Branch Head in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This includes managing customer transactions, cash handling, account openings, and other operational tasks.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Assisting customers with their banking needs, including account-related queries and guidance on various banking products and services.
  • Team Supervision: Assisting in supervising and guiding the branch staff, ensuring effective teamwork, and promoting a positive work environment. Supporting the Branch Head in assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching or training as needed.
  • Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to support business development efforts. Assisting in cross-selling bank products and services to existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and contributing to achieving sales targets.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Assisting in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines within the branch. Assisting with audits, conducting internal control checks, and maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What You Will Be Doing As Current Account Manager Roles (Minimum 1 years of experience)

  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with current account holders, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized banking solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Acquisition and Onboarding: Actively acquiring new current account customers through prospecting, referrals, and networking. Guiding clients through the onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and compliance procedures are completed.
  • Account Maintenance: Managing a portfolio of current accounts and ensuring their smooth operation. Monitoring account activities, handling customer queries, and facilitating transactions and fund transfers.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products and services to current account holders, such as business loans, trade finance, cash management solutions, or wealth management services. Advising customers on suitable options and facilitating the sales process.
  • Financial Analysis and Risk Assessment: Conducting financial analysis and risk assessment of current account holders to evaluate their creditworthiness, cash flow position, and repayment capacity. Making informed decisions regarding credit facilities or overdraft limits based on the assessment.

What You Will Be Doing As Branch Sales Manager Roles (Minimum 4 years of Experience)

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Developing sales strategies and plans in alignment with the bank’s objectives and targets. Setting sales targets for the branch and creating action plans to achieve them.
  • Team Management: Leading and managing a team of sales professionals within the branch. This includes recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and motivating the team to meet sales goals.
  • Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers. Proactively acquiring new customers through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
  • Relationship Management: Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable banking solutions. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
