What You Will Be Doing As Sales Professionals Roles
- Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about the company’s products or services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value proposition to customers.

What You Will Be Doing As Retail Associate Roles
- Customer Assistance: Greeting customers, helping them locate products, and providing knowledgeable guidance on product features, pricing, and availability. Assisting customers with any inquiries, concerns, or complaints they may have.
- Sales and Upselling: Actively engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, suggesting suitable products, and promoting upselling or cross-selling opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Developing a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the store, including their features, benefits, and usage. Staying updated on new arrivals, promotions, and special offers to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Stock Management: Monitoring and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed, organized, and tagged with accurate pricing information. Assisting in inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments.
- Cash Handling: Processing customer payments, operating cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, and providing customers with receipts. Following proper cash handling procedures and maintaining cash register balances.
- Store Maintenance: Keeping the store clean, tidy, and well-organized at all times. Checking and arranging product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked, and monitoring the overall store environment for any maintenance or safety issues.
