Walk-in Drive at Infosys BPM- F&A – RTR/ PTP/ OTC Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable:
- Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, T&E Claims processing, vendor queries, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, closing activities and reporting)
- Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills
- Support the team to coordinate with other departments to obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items
- Support the preparation of External and Internal Audit requests
- Record to Report (RTR):
- Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate financial insights to stakeholders.
- General Ledger Management: Managing the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, and reconciling accounts to maintain financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- In Business Process Management (BPM) related to Finance and Accounting (F&A), there are distinct responsibilities for different sub-processes like Record to Report (RTR), Procure to Pay (PTP), and Order to Cash (OTC). Here are five responsibilities for each of these sub-processes:
- Procure to Pay (PTP):
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with suppliers, including onboarding, vendor performance evaluation, and negotiating payment terms.
- Purchase Order Processing: Creating and managing purchase orders, ensuring they align with budgetary constraints and procurement policies.
- Invoice Processing: Accurately processing and verifying supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents for approval and payment.
- Order to Cash (OTC):
- Customer Order Management: Managing customer orders, including order entry, order verification, and order tracking to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Billing and Invoicing: Creating and sending invoices to customers, accurately reflecting products or services delivered and agreed-upon pricing.
